Please download our membership form below. You may mail your form and membership check to 12 Benedict Ave, Norwalk, OH 44857. For student memberships, feel free to e-mail your form to our secretary at director@norwalknedc.com with the subject line: NAAC Membership.
Once your membership form is received you will get your welcome packet in the mail in approximately 2 weeks. We look forward to having you as part of the coalition!
We do have an option to join membership with Credit Card. There is a $1.50 fee for this. If you have any issues or questions with paypal or joining online, please contact us at director@norwalknedc.com.
